Sunsetting of Display in July 2026

All Display functionality will be removed from iPaper’s product offering - but there are ways to achieve similar effects in your flipbooks.

In June 2025, we removed support using Display on external sites and with product feeds, as the first stage of the process to streamline Flipbooks.

At the time, we made the plans clear to remove Display entirely from iPaper’s product offering at a later date.

And now that date is near.

What will happen?

Display will be fully removed from iPaper’s product offering and will no longer be available in any way.

This means:

  • Displays will no longer appear inside Flipbooks

  • The Display editor and existing Displays will be removed

When will it happen?

Monday, July 6, 2026.

Why are we making this change?

We want to create a more unified product offering focusing on what iPaper does best: Automate the workflows and processes involved in creating inspiring digital catalog experiences.

The manual workflow of Displays doesn't fit our vision for the future.

By removing Display, we can:

  • Simplify the Flipbooks product experience

  • Invest more in building a fully automated, Display-like digital catalog solution

What do you need to do?

If you’re actively using Display, please review your current setup ahead of July 6, 2026.

  • Don’t create any new Displays that serve a purpose past July 6, 2026

  • Investigate if other iPaper functionality can replace your need for Displays in future Flipbooks, for example with…

  • If a Display-like functionality for your flipbooks is crucial to you, there are several 3rd party tools that provide such functionality and more. An example is Sleeknote, which can be integrated directly into your flipbooks.

We will gladly help you find the best way to replace Display in your flipbooks. Send us a chat in the admin or send us a mail at support@ipaper.io

If you’re unsure how this change impacts your setup or how to adapt your flipbooks, our team is here to help.
