How do I change the email address associated with my user login?

The short answer is you can't. But there is a smart alternative!

Have you changed your email address and want this to reflect in your iPaper login credentials?

For security reasons, we do not allow email addresses to be changed on existing user logins. We recommend, however, that you contact your account admin, who will be able to create a new account with your desired email address, and remove your old or unused account.

How do I find out who the admin is on my account?

If you are unsure who the admin on your iPaper account is, it's easy to find out:

  1. In the top right-hand corner, select the Account details icon.

  2. From the drop-down menu, select Users.

  3. In the Admin access pane that appears, you will be able to see a list over all the administrators for your iPaper account.

I am the admin on my account. Can I change the email address associated with my user?

Neither users nor admins are able to change the email address associated with a user. However, if you are an account admin, and require a new admin login, you can:

  1. create a new user, with your new email address

  2. grant the new user admin rights

  3. verify, and log in with your new user credentials

  4. remove the old admin account
