⚠️ Some elements displayed in this guide are only available on certain plans.
The iPaper interface presents you with all the tools and views you need to create, and manage, your Flipbooks. Use this guide to find out how to quickly navigate to different areas of it!
Upon login, you'll be presented with your iPaper Dashboard:
1. Your iPaper Dashboard
The Dashboard is what you see when you first log in. Here you'll find an overview of statistics for all content within your account, for the chosen period.
2. Flipbooks
The Flipbooks section gives you an overview of all Flipbook content within your account. From here you can add, change, and delete Flipbooks.
💡 It's a good idea to structure your Flipbooks and folders in a way that makes sense to you, so you can easily distinguish between them later.
For ideas and best practices on how to name and organize your Flipbooks and folders, see our guide:
When you click on the Flipbooks section, you'll be presented with two additional subsections:
Modules: The Modules subsection is where you can access and change the modules available with your plan.
Media: The Media subsection is where you upload and store the files you wish to use with your iPaper content.
3. Displays
The Displays section is where you can access and edit your interactive Display banner content.
4. Have questions or need a helping hand?
Here you can see our Support Team is online, and decide whether you'd like to call, chat, or email us. 😃
From here, you can also access iPaper's library of Help Articles (like the one you are reading now) from within the platform. Find inspiration, best practices, and the answers to the most common questions.
5. Search
Search for your Flipbooks, files, and folders.
If you have hundreds or even thousands of Flipbooks, it can be easier to find the one you are looking for by searching for its name.
6. Chat with us!
We're on hand and waiting to help you in any way we can (and serve you just the right GIF for the occasion)! From here, you can also search for help articles.
7. Processing status
Here, you can check the status of any Flipbook processes happening on your account.
8. Account details
By clicking on your Account name, you can access account-related features, including:
Users: Create and edit user access to your account.
Connections: Manage your integrations, such as a custom email address.
Legal and compliance: GDPR info and download of Data Processor Agreement.
Billing: See and manage your billing details, including billing and payment methods.
Account settings: Change settings related to your login: user email, password, monthly recap email and API keys.
My settings: See the login email address associated with your login credentials, and manage your password.
Log out: That's enough iPaper for today!
Now that you've gotten a quick tour of the place, it's time to go forth and create fantastic Flipbook content.
