You have set up your Branded Domain for your Flipbook, but you are experiencing that you, or others cannot view your Flipbook, and see an error message similar to this one:
This issue is most likely caused by an error with your DNS address setup. Luckily, troubleshooting this problem is straightforward!

Scenario: Others Can View My Flipbook, But I Cannot
Verify your DNS setup. You can use online tools, such as NsLookup, which can help you identify whether your domain has a CNAME record. It will not work with an A record.
⚠️ Please note: Online tools only verify the external DNS setup.
This could be due to an internal DNS setup error, if your organization maintains an internal, and an external DNS setup.
Try accessing your Flipbook using a mobile data connection:
Use your mobile device directly or share the connection with a computer.
This test bypasses your company's network, including potential VPNs.
If your Flipbook is accessible over your mobile data connection, this can indicate that your Flipbook’s Branded Domain is not set up on your organization’s internal DNS setup.
If your organization uses both internal and external DNS setups, ensure the Branded Domain is configured in both environments.
Follow the same steps as setting up a Branded Domain on any DNS.
