FAQ: How can I see a history of my Flipbook processings?

Get to know the handy little feature that shows you the 100 latest Flipbook processings on your account.

Updated over a week ago

In iPaper, any updates to your Flipbook, like running an Enrichment Automation or changing the source PDF, are referred to as β€œprocessing” the Flipbook. Every time you run one of these processes, a log is created that details what process was run and the result from this process.

πŸ“– This guide explains:

How to see the 5 latest processings on your account

You can see the 5 latest processings on your iPaper account by clicking on the Flipbook processing status button in the top bar:

The Processing activity list offers a great overview over any processings you have undertaken recently, and additional details such as:

  • when the processing was completed

  • the result of the processing

    • successful processing is shown as a black bar

    • failure to update Enrichments using an Enrichment Automation is shown in a yellow bar

    • failure to update the PDF using Change PDF is shown in a red bar

If you manage many flipbooks, tracking recent changes can be challenging when limited to the latest 5. Fortunately, iPaper also provides a log of your 100 most recent processings, making it easier to monitor updates across your account.
