Two-factor authentication is an extra layer of security for your iPaper account designed to ensure that you're the only person who can access your account, even if someone knows your password.
In this tutorial we will cover the steps on how to set up and secure your user account with Two-Factor Authentication.
If the 2FA is enabled on account level on login you will be prompted with the following screen.
Click the button Set up using an app, and you will be transferred to the following screen. To continue you will need to have an Authentication app of your choice. Some of that we recommend are
- Google Authenticator
When the app is ready simply scan the QR code or enter the long code, and you will see the confirmation message.
Next time on the login you will be prompted to enter the verification code from your Authenticator app.
In our case, we have used Google Authenticator, and we get the following code which should be impute in the given time frame.
